How do I start an online exam?
Go to the Online Exam page, select your exam, complete the system check, and click 'Start Exam'. Make sure your camera and microphone are working properly.
Can I join video calls from mobile?
Yes! Our video calling system works on all devices. Simply open the video call link in your mobile browser or use our mobile app.
How do I track my order?
Visit the Order Tracker page and enter your order number. You'll see real-time updates on your order status and delivery information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and institutional purchase orders for schools and universities.
How do I upload files for support?
Use the file upload section below to drag and drop your files or click to browse. We support images, documents, and video files up to 10MB each.
